Arsavev, one of the leading companies in the real estate sector, has signed a significant academic collaboration with the vision that real estate investment should be conducted consciously and accompanied by experts.
Within the scope of the collaboration carried out with the internationally accredited Ankara University Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Real Estate Development and Management, Arsavev aims to bring qualified human resources to the sector and increase investment awareness. Real estate is one of the largest investments individuals make throughout their lives. Therefore, the investment process needs to be managed not only from an emotional perspective but also from a professional one. With this understanding, Arsavev is taking significant steps to both raise awareness among investors and improve the quality of consultancy services in the sector.
Acting with the mission of raising quality standards in the Turkish real estate sector, Arsavev will bring together new-generation international real estate experiences with students and sector professionals on an academic platform through its collaboration with Ankara University. This collaboration will not only bring qualified human resources to the sector but also support the development of the real estate sector through sustainable in-house training. With this approach, Arsavev aims to contribute to equipping not only its own employees but also real estate professionals across Turkey with knowledge and skills at international standards, bringing a new breath to the sector by combining academic knowledge with field experience.
Within the scope of the collaboration, the training content within Arsavev Academy, established by Arsavev, will be prepared and certified by the relevant academic department of Ankara University. Thus, participants will be offered both sector experience and academic knowledge. In this framework, Arsavev Academy's sustainable training programs will bring international real estate trends to Turkey and equip young professionals and students with a global perspective. Furthermore, Arsavev will come together with Ankara University students to share its sectoral experiences directly with young people. The training will cover topics such as land investment, valuation, zoning processes, investment risk analysis, and real estate law.
