DEMAND FOR HOMES VIA LAND INVESTMENT IS RISING
5-MONTH SALES EXCEED 3 BILLION LIRA
Stating that they recorded a 107 percent growth in 2025 and started this year with a 42.1 percent growth, arsaVev Chairman of the Board Öztürk said, 'We reached a sales volume exceeding 3 billion lira in the first 5 months. Demand for our sales model is increasing'...
Interest from housing investors in the opportunity to own a home through land is growing. arsaVev Chairman of the Board Bülent Öztürk stated that the company recorded a 107 percent growth in 2025 and started 2026 with a 42.1 percent growth, saying, "In the first 5 months of this year, we reached a sales volume exceeding 3 billion lira. We reached approximately 1,200 sales units." Expressing that growth continues despite the failure of interest rate cut expectations to materialize, geopolitical developments, and economic uncertainties, Öztürk said the main reason for this is the increasing demand for the phased housing model. Öztürk explained the model they implemented as follows: "In the model we developed, land is purchased first, then the land shares are sold to investors, and the remaining portion is given to contractors in exchange for flats. Thus, instead of buying high-cost housing directly, investors are included in the process of owning a home with lower budgets. The model is an updated version of the cooperative logic of the past. People are not buying a house 'in the air,' but a share of the land. Later, they become homeowners through projects developed on these land shares."
DELIVERY TIME
Noting that the company will carry out its first major deliveries this year, Bülent Öztürk stated that 808 residences in Kuşadası and 382 villas in Foça will be delivered. Mentioning that they are developing projects in regions such as Kuşadası, Foça, Dikili, Ören, Yalova, Balıkesir, Avşa, and İzmir Uzundere, Öztürk said that deliveries are aimed to be completed by the end of the year, especially in the Avşa and Kuşadası Nuova projects. Öztürk stated that in the period when arsaVev was a new brand, it could sell others' land through brokerage agreements and manage the entire organization, and spoke as follows:
2 BILLION INVESTMENT
"Afterwards, we made the decision 'not to get involved in any business where we are not investors ourselves.' Thus, arsaVev has now become entirely a land investor. We took over some lands and commitments of Ekmas Construction, with whom we partnered during the establishment of the brand. We took over the lands in places like Dikili, Beypazarı, Çanakkale, Assos, and the commitment work for some projects that started with arsaVev but whose commitments were on the other company. Within the scope of this transformation, we made an investment of approximately 2 billion TL."
‘DIGITAL LAND IDENTITY’ PROPOSAL
Bülent Öztürk said that preparations for regulations regarding land sales are being carried out by the Ministry of Commerce. Stating that flat-for-land rates should be determined, licensed firms should operate, and consumer rights should be protected, Öztürk suggested creating a digital land identity for each parcel. Öztürk noted that citizens should be able to easily access data such as zoning status, infrastructure opportunities, and planning processes.
WE ARE COLLABORATING WITH INTERNATIONAL BRANDS
Stating that customers demand not only housing but also quality of life, Öztürk announced that they are collaborating with the Accor Group. Saying that Novotel is planned for İzmir Uzundere, and Mövenpick brands for the Yalova and Balıkesir projects, Öztürk stated that these collaborations will increase the value of the projects and provide additional advantages to the investor.
