arsaVev aims to sell 5 million square meters of land per year

Bülent Öztürk, Chairman of the Board of arsaVev, stated that they aim to sell land worth 750 million dollars annually in Turkey, with a minimum size of 5 million square meters.

In a statement to the AA correspondent, Bülent Öztürk explained that they have sold over 5 million square meters of land, held face-to-face meetings with more than 300,000 customers, and made over 10,000 people landowners.

"In 2023, land investment in Turkey became a 15 billion dollar market. In the first 10 months of this year, over 1 million 400 thousand land and field sales took place," he said.

"While developing our products, pandemic sensitivity still continues. Along with this, we want to sell land worth 750 million dollars annually in Turkey with a minimum size of 5 million square meters. To achieve this, we have established sales offices at 65 points across 23 cities in Turkey."

"As of 2020, a process has emerged where white-collar workers have become land investors"

Öztürk, Chairman of the Board of arsaVev, explained that they have been a company specialized in the land side of real estate since 2017, and that especially as of 2020, a process has emerged where white-collar workers have become land investors due to the change in the profile of land investors.

"In our research, we entered this sector after receiving a very high response of 87 percent to the question 'Would you like to invest in land within the next 5 years?'. However, we saw that people were afraid of land investment because they could not find the desired response to the need to build housing after the land investment, and we tried to simplify the business."
