Turning approximately 15 thousand people into investors, the company draws attention in the sector with its projects in different regions of Turkey. Arsavev Chairman of the Board Bülent Öztürk stated that the housing stock in Turkey is rapidly decreasing due to external migration, population growth, and natural disasters. "First, we make them land owners, then we offer suitable conditions for housing construction," he said.

Reaching 1,164 sales in the first half of 2025, Arsavev announced that it has achieved rapid growth in the sector with this figure.
