Interest in land increased significantly during the pandemic period. Rapidly rising housing prices, climbing interest rates, and declining purchasing power have distanced many people from the dream of owning a home. Arsavev Chairman of the Board Bülent Öztürk said, "According to our survey of 4,000 people, including white-collar workers with a monthly income of 75,000 lira and above, 76 percent of participants think they will not be able to own a home. It has now become impossible even to dream of owning a home."

Öztürk stated that with the impact of earthquakes and economic developments in the last five years, land investment has begun to be seen as a stepping stone to accessing housing. "The segment that cannot access housing is now opting to own land and then build a house. As this trend increases, the size of the market for transitioning from land to housing has reached 15 billion dollars annually," he explained.

Stating that they made 1,164 sales in the first half of 2025, Öztürk noted that Arsavev has made approximately 15,000 people real estate owners by selling a total of 5.7 million square meters of land to date.
