In recent days, we have been observing activity in sales with the decrease in interest rates. We can say that the most important reason for this is the accumulation of demand on the housing and land side.

Normally, demand is in favor of real estate, but while keeping itself in financial instruments as a safe haven, it shifts to the main product, real estate, at the slightest decrease.

Turkey is a country that invests in real estate. It has always yielded profits in the long run. Although deposits, gold, or foreign currency have increased significantly in recent years, if we look at the last 10 years, land and housing take the first place.

"Therefore, deposits become a temporary area."

Since the investment arguments we mentioned have been very active in recent years, housing and land do not seem to have delivered what was expected in terms of real growth rates.

Naturally, while the customer obtains maximum income from foreign currency, gold, or deposits on one hand, they also make opportunistic purchases in housing and land on the other. Housing and land prices are currently at their lowest. When one exits financial instruments at their peak and invests in real estate at its lowest, these moves have a significantly positive impact on the sector.
