There is land that yields 1 to 5

With access to housing becoming more difficult, those who want to become homeowners have turned to land. Stating that land investments have increased recently and have high return potential, arsaVev Chairman of the Board Bülent Öztürk said, "The outskirts of Istanbul and Izmir, Sapanca, Bursa, Balıkesir, and Çanakkale are seeing serious demand. Today, it is possible to find land even for 300 thousand liras; it has yielded 1 to 5 in Çanakkale."
The exorbitant rise in housing prices is making it increasingly difficult to become a homeowner. Citizens whose savings from years of work are not enough for a house have pinned their hopes for 'a roof over their heads' on land.
80 percent of its investors want to build housing
Pointing out that people want to own a title deed, Öztürk explained that in a study they conducted as a company, 87 percent of participants answered "yes" to the question "Would you like to invest in land in the next 5 years?", and the result showed that 80 percent wanted to convert this investment into housing.
Seen as a stepping stone on the way to housing
Pointing out that the pandemic, fear of earthquakes, and exorbitant increases in housing prices have increased the demand for land, Öztürk said, "With prices reaching extreme points, people tend to think, 'since we can't buy a house, let's at least buy land.' Today, when you buy a 500-square-meter plot of land, companies like ours offer payment terms of up to 2 years."
Price increases in fields and land continue
Öztürk said, "It increased 1 to 5 in the Çanakkale region. In terms of foreign currency, it yielded 250 percent."
