We Are Making Housing More Accessible

Having conducted one-on-one meetings with 375,000 people and delivered more than 13,000 title deeds to date, the company offers various project solutions. Stating that sales of plots, fields, and commercial real estate across Turkey broke all-time records in 2023, surpassing residential sales for the first time, arsaVev Chairman of the Board Bülent Öztürk says, "While the need for housing continues, plot and field prices continue to rise. People are showing more interest in land because it yields higher returns than housing and is easier to access. Land can also be used as a stepping stone on the path to housing. Today, 6 out of every 10 real estate sales are for land."

• Building Your Own Home on Your Individual Plot; we offer plots with prepared infrastructure, equipped with social areas, where we provide support for obtaining permits and, if requested, contractor support.

• Two-Stage Housing Model; we provide plots where the customer first buys the land and then has their house built on it, with the contractor determined by us.

• arsaVev Model; you purchase a zoned plot from arsaVev, and our contracted contractor carries out the construction using the flat-for-land model, making you a homeowner.
