Bülent Öztürk, Chairman of the Board of arsaVev, who has taken the ongoing housing crisis to heart and aims to make everyone a homeowner with the 'New Generation Land for Flat' model he developed, spoke about the projects they have implemented based on sustainability.

The problem of access to housing is one of the most important agendas for both the world and our country. From this perspective, how does the process of becoming a homeowner starting with land work?

There are many parameters affecting the increase in housing prices in our country; the number of households is decreasing every year, we receive external migration, the population is increasing, and we have lost stock due to earthquakes. I have personally taken the housing access crisis and the fact that our people cannot meet their housing needs to heart. With this model, by organizing the processes of first purchasing land at cost and then building housing at cost, we have succeeded in offering accessible real estate and making our investors owners of a home or land, which is the first step to a home. We offer 4 different solutions in this field: Land Investment, Two-Stage Housing Model, New Generation Land for Flat Model, and Fractional Property System with Rental Income…

How have the projects you developed with insights based on social benefit been received by society?

We received very positive reactions. With the innovative real estate solutions we have developed so far, we have had one-on-one meetings with 442,000 people and sold a total of 5,355,000 square meters of land, the size of 750 football fields, to approximately 14,000 people.
