We have eliminated the financing shortage!

"arsavev was founded in 2017 with the motivation to produce solutions to the housing crisis and develop innovative real estate investments. Today, operating with 13 branches across Turkey, the company has carried out a total of 5.6 million square meters of land sales and 14,350 title deed transfers since 2017."

Stating that they completed the year 2024 with significant growth, arsavev Chairman of the Board Bülent Öztürk says they received demand for 15 million square meters of land sales throughout the year and conducted evaluations for 3 million square meters. Expressing that they realized a total of 2,400 sales, Öztürk says; "We reached a sales volume of 347,500 square meters. We grew by 170 percent last year."

Explaining that while the individual model offers serviced plots equipped with license support and social areas, the two-stage model provides land and contractor solutions together, Öztürk says, "With the arsavev model, the user who purchases zoned land becomes a homeowner through a construction-and-flat-sharing agreement with the company's contracted contractor. The Living model, on the other hand, was developed for those who want to make income-generating real estate investments in regions with high value appreciation potential. We eliminated the financing difficulties experienced through a gradual construction process."

Entering 2025 with a 100 percent growth target, the company plans to achieve 2,500 real estate sales and a turnover of 6 billion TL this year.
